Born Chios Island, Greece, 1973. Education: University of Athens Law School (LL.B., 1997), University of Kent-London Center of International Relations (M.A. International Relations and European Studies, 2001) Diploma in Negotiations and Conflict Resolution (NB Athens, 2012). Admitted to the Athens Bar in 2002. Member: Athens Bar Association , The Hellenic Criminal Bar Association Languages: Greek, English, French.

Nicholas E. Attaliotis has developed extensive experience and handled a variety of complex litigation including criminal and civil litigation, Environmental law, Construction law, Telecommunications law and Sports law. His main experience involves all fields of criminal law, with particular emphasis in Financial Crime (Fraud, Tax Evasion, Bankruptcy, Customs Regulation, Stock Market Regulation, Money Laundering, “White Collar Crime”, Extradition etc.). Also. He has been involved in complex litigation both before the courts as well as in domestic arbitration proceedings. Nicholas also specializes in ADR procedures and advises domestic and foreign clients on the design, negotiation and execution of strategic contracts and transactions in the country.  Nicholas has also been active in a number of pro bono cases and is member of various charitable institutions in Greece.
