Angelike has extensive experience in civil and commercial Litigation, international Arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, public tenders, labor law litigation, trademark litigation and advising on issues of corporate governance. Her experience includes:
- Advising on various issues regarding mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and governance, real estate development, financing and local and international business transactions both with respect to the private and public sector including the drafting commercial and sale and purchase agreements
- Advising on a wide variety of issues including labor law issues, commercial agreements, lease and lease back agreements, collection issues, corporate governance and structuring and other civil and commercial matters to a number of domestic companies.
- Extensive commercial, civil and administrative litigation experience for both local and international clients.
- Advising and opining on financing projects with local and international banks and financial institutions.
- Advising on privatization projects with respect to the sale of equity stakes in the Hellenic Organization for Telecommunications (OTE) and Thessaloniki Water Supply and Sewerage Company SA (EYATH), drafting of tender documents, opinion letters and drafting and negotiation of SPA and shareholders agreements, setting up virtual due diligence room and responding to investors’ questions.
- Representing the Hellenic Republic in ICC arbitration in London against the Athens International Airport in a significant tax related matter.
- Representing the Romanian former State Tourism Organization in ICC arbitration in Switzerland regarding a dispute arising under a financing agreement.
- Two decades of litigation experience in a wide range of civil and commercial matters.
