Lykourezos Law Office has acted as legal advisors to the Hellenic Republic and other clients with respect to a variety of privatization projects. Our office has been actively involved amongst other in the following Projects:

• Legal advisors to the Hellenic Republic’s Interministerial Privatizations Committee for the privatization of the Hellenic Organizations of Telecommunications (OTE) which was conducted through a very successful accelerated book building process.
• Legal advisors to the Hellenic Republic’s Interministerial Privatizations Committee for the privatization of the “Thessaloniki Water Supply and Sewerage Company S.A.” Services proffered included preparation of the tender documents, draft shareholders and SPA agreements, preparation of virtual due diligence and conduct of questions and answer process.
• Consultation to the FIDELITY Fund on the privatization of Hellenic Organizations of Telecommunications (OTE) and minority rights in the Public Power Corporation SA (DEH)
