Alexandros Lykourezos participated in the “16th Roundtable with the Government of Greece” – Transforming uncertainty into stability, wisdom and growth, organized by Economist Conferences in Athenaeum Intercontinental Hotel, Athens, 2-3 July 2012.

Greece, Spain and other European peripheral countries are trying to stabilize their economies. Finding ways to restore market confidence and establish credibility, both at home and abroad, remains an issue of paramount importance. At a crucial time, when major socio-economic and political changes are in process in view of the upcoming elections in Greece, the need for optimism, collective effort and decisiveness are imperative. Taking these factors into account, this 16th Annual Roundtable with the Government of Greece focused on tackling the critical issues that lie ahead for the new Government.
